February 17, 1992 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 012-92 SUBJECT : Philippine Genetics, Inc . (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Genetics, Inc. in the amount of P174,771 . 22 only, representing the duties due on its importations of live cattle from Australia in connection with its cattle industry improvement program: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1992 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. Provided , Further , that the beneficiary-entity shall submit a report of its financial and operating performance and details of its cattle industry improvement program to the FIRB on a periodic basis or as often as may be required by the latter. aisadc (SGD.)
