May 7, 1987 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 012-87 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax and duty exemption privileges of the Philippine Amusements and Gaming Corporation, under the terms and conditions of Presidential Decree No. 1869, (Consolidating and amending certain Presidential Decrees on the franchise and powers of the Philippine Amusements and Gaming Corporation and for other purposes), as amended, remain withdrawn. cdt (SGD.)
