January 9, 1992 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 011-92 SUBJECT : Philippine Genetics, Inc . (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0075 issued in favor of Philippine Genetics, Inc., pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 39-91 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Genetics, Inc. in the amount of P538,842 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties, as well as the additional import levy due on its importations through the Australian Sector Input Program) from December 31, 1991 to March 31, 1992: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be chargeable against the 1992 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision under Executive Order No. 93.
