May 8, 1991 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 011-91 SUBJECT : Light Rail Transit Authority (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend FIRB Resolution No. 56-90, as amended by FIRB Resolution No. 4-91, previously issued in favor of the Light Rail Transit Authority, as follows: "BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0051 issued in favor of Light Rail Transit Authority, pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 56-90 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Light Rail Transit Authority, in the amount of P17,435,255.00 only representing the taxes and duties due on its importations WHICH WERE CONTRACTED FROM JUNE TO DECEMBER 1990 PER LETTERS OF CREDIT THEREFOR BUT WHICH ARRIVED IN 1991) from December 31, 1990 to June 30, 1991; Provided , That this extension shall be the last one for the said subsidy availment: Provided , Further That the availment thereof shall be chargeable against the 1991 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93."
