February 8, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 011-90 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That all subsidy availments endorsed by the FIRB for the periods 1988 and 1989, chargeable against the 1988 and 1989 Tax Expenditures Fund, but which have remained outstanding as of December 31, 1989 shall no longer be honored by the Department of Budget and Management, except only in the case of the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority. cdt BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the pertinent FIRB Resolutions and the corresponding Certificates of Entitlement to Subsidy therefor to reflect the foregoing.
