March 1, 1993 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 010-93 SUBJECT : Light Rail Transit Authority (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to renew the subsidy availment previously granted in favor of the Light Rail Transit Authority, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 38-92, as amended by FIRB Resolution No. 56-92 (Allowing the Light Rail Transit Authority to use the amount of P10,994,683.00 only, representing the balance of the subsidy availment previously granted thereto, to cover the taxes and duties due on replacement importations of equipment and spare parts, for use in its light rail operations, for the 2nd quarter of 1992; and endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Light Rail Transit Authority in the amount of P13 . 57 million only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of equipment and spare parts, relative to its light rail transit operations, for the 3rd and 4th quarters of 1992): Provided , That the amount of subsidy to be available to the subject beneficiary shall be limited only to the unutilized portion of the subsidy availment previously granted thereto: Provided , further That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 15 of the 1993 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. cdt (SGD.)
