December 29, 1988 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 010-88 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY in the amount of P385,628,108 . 00 , representing customs duties due therefrom on its rice importations for the period July to August, 1988, more particularly described herein: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the Tax Expenditures Fund, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
