January 9, 1992 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 009-92 SUBJECT : Philippine Rice Research Institute (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0073 issued in favor of Philippine Rice, pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 37-91 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Rice Research Institute in the amount of P32,113,821 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of materials, laboratory equipment and field vehicles, except only pick up trucks, through a grant from the Government of Japan) from December 31, 1991 to March 31, 1992: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be chargeable against the 1992 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision under Executive Order No. 93.
