May 8, 1991 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 009-91 SUBJECT : Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (2) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy Nos. 0020 and 0045 issued in favor of Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation, pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution Nos. 46-90 and 49-90 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation, in the amount of P342,992.87 and P6,826,300.00 only representing the premium tax on crop insurance premiums earned by it for the year 1989) from December 31, 1990 to June 30, 1991: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be chargeable against the 1991 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
