April 22, 1987 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 009-87 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the system of incentives under the terms and conditions of Letter of Instructions No. 1355 (Providing incentives for internal exports) is restored effective March 10, 1987.
