February 7, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 009-85 SUBJECT : Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That: 1. Effective June 11, 1984, the tax exemption privileges granted to the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation pursuant to P.D. 1467 are restored. 2. The interest income, however, of said corporation from any source whatsoever shall remain taxable pursuant to P.D. No. 1959. (SGD.) ALFREDO PIO DE RODA, JR.
