January 9, 1992 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 007-92 SUBJECT : Light Rail Transit Authority (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0071 issued in favor of Light Rail Transit Authority, pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 35-91 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Light Rail Transit Authority in the amount of P8,643,438 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of spare parts required for its operations) from December 31, 1991 to June 30, 1992: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be chargeable against the 1992 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision under Executive Order No. 93.
