February 8, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 007-90 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the National Electrification Administration in the amounts of P1,365,077 . 00 and P62,717,801 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations for the periods January to June, 1989 and 1985 to 1987, respectively, pending substantiation by the NEA of other claims thereunder; Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the 1990 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93: Provided , Further , That the combined subsidy availment herein endorsed, including those to be still substantiated by the NEA in connection therewith, shall in no case exceed the aggregate of P78 million . aisadc (SGD.)
