July 6, 1989 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 007-89 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority in the amount of P983,021,891 . 00 representing taxes and duties due therefrom on fertilizer importations released through the deferred payment scheme for the period 1983 to 1989, inclusive, as described in the accompanying Annex A of subject Resolution: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the 1990 Tax Expenditures Fund, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93. Provided, Further , That effective January 1, 1990, fertilizer importations made by the FPA shall no longer be entitled to subsidy availment under the TEF. (SGD.) VICTOR C.
