December 19, 2003 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 007-03 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy Nos. 0300 and 0301 issued in favor of the Light Rail Transit Authority pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution Nos. 1-03 and 6-03, respectively from December 15, 2003 to December 31, 2003.
