February 20, 1996 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 006-96 SUBJECT : Lung Center of the Philippines (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to renew the balance of the tax subsidy previously granted in favor of the Lung Center of the Philippines, pursuant to FIRB Resolution Nos. 26-95 and 44-95 (Granting tax subsidy to the Lung Center of the Philippines in the amounts of P1,595,977.00 only and P1,474,937.00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importation of various medical equipment for the year 1995), in the amount of P1 . 95 million only : Provided , That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 12 of the 1996 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
