January 9, 1992 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 006-92 SUBJECT : Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0070 issued in favor of Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation, pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 34-91 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation in the amount of P6,603,531 . 00 only, representing its premium tax liability for the third and fourth quarters of 1991) from December 31, 1991 to March 31, 1992: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be chargeable against the 1992 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision under Executive Order No. 93.
