July 6, 1989 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 006-89 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorsed to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Bureau of Treasury in the amount of P289 million only , representing documentary stamp taxes due therefrom for the Treasury Bills, Notes and Bonds issued for CY 1989, as herein specifically described: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the Tax Expenditures Fund, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93; Provided, Further , That effective January 1, 1990, any amount for documentary stamp tax that may be incurred by the Bureau of Treasury in connection with its flotation of government securities shall be provided for by the Bureau of Treasury in its annual budgetary request.
