April 13, 1987 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 006-87 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the tax and duty exemption privileges of tourism enterprises granted under the terms and conditions of Presidential Decree No. 535, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 1395 remain withdrawn, except the preferential tax and duty treatment of importation of qualified capital equipment granted prior to March 10, 1987 and for which the corresponding Letters of Credit have already been opened. cd (SGD.)
