November 24, 2000 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 006-00 SUBJECT : Philippine Heart Center BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application of the Philippine Heart Center for tax subsidy in the amount of P20,142,837.00 only, representing taxes and duties due on its importations for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2000 and on projected importations that will arrive on or before December 15, 2000: Provided , That the grant of such tax subsidy shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 13 of the 2000 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Tax Subsidy Provisions under Executive Order No. 93.
