January 9, 1992 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 005-92 SUBJECT : Philippine National Railways (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy Nos. 0068 and 0069 issued in favor of Philippine National Railways, pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution Nos. 29-91 and 33-91 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine National Railways in the amounts of: P5,901,012 . 36 only; and P6,378,555 . 00 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of spare parts for its Commuter Rail Cars and mechanical equipment therefor) from December 31, 1991 to March 31, 1992: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be chargeable against the 1992 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision under Executive Order No. 93.
