February 6, 1991 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 005-91 SUBJECT : Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity dates of the Certificates of Entitlement to Subsidy Nos. 0029 and 0041, issued in favor of Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System, pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution Nos. 16-90 and 35-90 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System in the amounts of P28.06 million, and P30.5 million only, respectively, representing taxes and duties due on its importations for the first and second quarters of 1990 arising from various projects) from December 31, 1990 to March 31, 1991: Provided , That this extension shall be the last one for the said subsidy availment: Provided , Further That the availment thereof shall be chargeable against the 1991 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
