November 23, 2000 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 005-00 SUBJECT : National Kidney and Transplant Institute (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the application for tax subsidy of the National Kidney and Transplant Institute in the amount of P9,311,392.91 only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importation of various medical, surgical and laboratory equipment for the year 2000: Provided, That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 13 of the 2000 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision under Executive Order No. 93.
