April 13, 1987 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 004-87 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the exemption privileges of the Asset Privatization Trust (APT) and corporations/assets held by it under the terms and conditions of Proclamation No. 50, as amended, are hereby restored, effective March 10, 1987: Provided , however , That the exemptions from documentary stamp tax and registration fees corresponding to the acquisition or purchase of corporations/assets and the disposition thereof by the APT to any private buyer remain withdrawn; Provided , further , That once said corporations/assets are acquired or purchased by, or disposed of to any private buyer, the exemption privileges referred to herein shall automatically lapse. aisadc (SGD.)
