January 9, 1992 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 003-92 SUBJECT : Armed Forces Of The Philippines Commissary and Exchange Service (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0066 issued in favor of Armed Forces of the Philippines Commissary and Exchange Service, pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 26-91 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Commissary and Exchange Service in the amount of P33 . 398 million only, representing the taxes and duties on items purchased and subsequently sold by its outlets to their intended beneficiaries only) from December 31, 1991 to March 31, 1992: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be chargeable against the 1992 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision under Executive Order No. 93.
