February 8, 1989 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 003-89 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to deny the request of the Duty Free Philippines (DFP) for a permanent authority to establish and operate order center(s) , pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 10-87, dated April 22, 1987, (Restoring the tax and duty exemption privileges of the DFP under Executive Order No. 46), subject to certain conditions), one of which conditions states, " operations of the tax-and duty-free shops shall be restricted only to the two international airports situated in Manila and Cebu ." cd (SGD.)
