January 17, 1985 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 003-85 WHEREAS, the program for economic development demands an efficient, fair and equitable revenue-generating tax system; WHEREAS, the withdrawal of duty-and-tax-exemption privileges from private business enterprises pursuant to PD 1955 is in line with this demand; cd BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That in view of the aforementioned imperatives and the overall national policy to adopt uniform standard of government support for sports development, the tax-exemption privileges of the Marcos Golf Foundation pursuant to PD 1783, remain revoked.
