February 8, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 002-90 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Philippine Heart Center in the amount of P33,621,800 . 32 only representing the customs duties due on its importations for the years 1987 to 1989, inclusive as herein specifically described: Provided , That such amount shall be chargeable against the 1990 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93: Provided , Further , That the beneficiary-entity shall submit to the FIRB a clear and definite program for the privatization thereof, including actions already undertaken by it in said regard, not later than June 30, 1990. cdt Details of Customs Duties Due From PMC Year Customs Duties 1987 P1,052,605.48 1988 2,469,138.05 1989 30,100,056.79 Total P33,621,800.32 ============= (SGD.)
