January 13, 2011 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 002-11 SUBJECT MATTER : Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy (CES) Nos. 0038, 0039 and 0040 issued in favor of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 20-10 from December 31, 2010 to December 31, 2011.
