June 19, 2002 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 002-02 WHEREAS, Director Julieta C. Paloma of the Bureau of Customs has shared her time, efforts, resources, experience, competence and expertise generously and unsparingly with the Fiscal Incentives Review Board, as the representative of the Commissioner of Customs thereto from February 1992 to September 1999; as a member thereof from October 1994 to April 1998; and as a member of its Technical Committee, from May 1998 to present; aHSAIT WHEREAS, the work of the FIRB has been greatly facilitated and enriched due to the active participation and incisive fiscal acumen of Director Julieta C. Paloma; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the Fiscal Incentives Review Board and its Technical Committee confer this Resolution of Appreciation and Plaque of Commendation as a token of gratitude to Director Julieta C.
