May 5, 2000 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 002-00 WHEREAS, Executive Director Vicente G. Quintos of the National Tax Research Center served as a member of the Technical Committee of the Fiscal Incentives Review Board from July 15, 1986 to January 31, 1989, and as a member of the Board and Head of the FIRB Secretariat from February 1, 1989 to May 5, 2000; cSCTID WHEREAS, as a member of the FIRB Technical Committee, he participated actively in the Committee's deliberations and actions by providing his fiscal expertise and competence thereon; WHEREAS, as a member of the Board and Head of the FIRB Secretariat, he contributed his knowledge, leadership, insights and wisdom to enable the Board and the Secretariat to carry out their functions and discharge their respective responsibilities with proficiency and integrity; and WHEREAS, as a result of such participation and contributions, the functional responsibilities and thrusts of the Board were effectively and efficiently carried out. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to award this Resolution of Appreciation and Plaque of Commendation to Executive Director Vicente G. Quintos. (SGD.) CORNELIO C.
