April 3, 1998 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 001-98 WHEREAS, Undersecretary Antonio P. Belicena of the Department of Finance has shared his time, initiatives, efforts, resources, experience, competence and expertise generously and unsparingly with the Fiscal Incentives Review Board, as Chairman of its Technical Committee from May 1991 to April 1998; ESHAcI WHEREAS, the work of the FIRB has been greatly facilitated and enriched due to the able and dynamic stewardship of the Technical Committee by Undersecretary Antonio P. Belicena and his active participation in the Board's deliberations as well; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That the Fiscal Incentives Review Board confer this Resolution of Appreciation and Plaque of Commendation as a token of gratitude to Undersecretary Antonio P.
