February 20, 1996 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 001-96 SUBJECT : National Electrification Administration (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to renew the balance of the tax subsidy previously granted in favor of the National Electrification Administration, pursuant to FIRB Resolution No. 30-95 (Amending the validity date of Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy Nos. 0170 and 0171 previously granted in favor of the National Electrification Administration, pursuant to FIRB Resolution Nos. 2-95 and 3-95) in the amount of P105 . 90 million only , representing the taxes and duties due on its importations of electrical equipment, materials, specialized vehicles and steel poles: Provided , That such availment shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 12 of the 1996 General Appropriations Act, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision Under Executive Order No. 93.
