January 9, 1992 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 001-92 SUBJECT : Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy No. 0062 issued in favor of Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System, pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 19-91 (Endorsing to the Department of Budget and Management the subsidy availment of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System in the amount of P70 million only, representing the taxes and duties due on its importations for the second, third and fourth quarters of 1991 arising from various projects) from December 31, 1991 to March 31, 1992: Provided , That the availment thereof shall be chargeable against the 1992 Tax Expenditures Fund, subject to the availability of funds therefor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Subsidy Provision under Executive Order No. 93.
