February 8, 1990 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 001-90 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to endorse to the Office of the President, for its consideration as an Administration Bill, the restoration of the tax exemption privileges previously enjoyed by the Home Development Mutual Fund, pursuant to the terms and conditions of Presidential Decree No. 1530 (Exemption from All Forms of Taxes on its Assets, Collections, Receivables and Increments, as well as Distributions Therefrom), as amended, Provided , That such restoration shall not include the final withholding tax on interest income earned by the HDMF on its monetary placements or investments.
