January 6, 2009 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 001-09 SUBJECT MATTER : Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) (1) BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy (CES) Nos. 0413, 0414 and 0415 issued in favor of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution No. 5-08 from December 31, 2008 to June 30, 2009: Provided, that the transactions covered by said CES should be made on or before December 31, 2008. aSTECI (SGD.)
