February 1, 2007 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 001-07 BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to amend the validity date of the Certificate of Entitlement to Subsidy (CES) Nos. 0350, 0351 and 0352 issued in favor of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority pursuant to the terms and conditions of FIRB Resolution Nos. 4-06 and 15-06 from January 15, 2007 to June 30, 2007: Provided, that the transactions covered by said CES should be made on or before December 31, 2006. aSIDCT (SGD.)
