April 5, 2000 FIRB RESOLUTION NO. 001-00 WHEREAS, Undersecretary Solomon S. Cua of the Department of Finance served as presiding officer of the Fiscal Incentives Review Board from August 17, 1998 to March 15, 2000; cCSDTI WHEREAS, as presiding officer of the FIRB, he provided a broad fiscal perspective and insight to the Board's deliberations and actions; and WHEREAS, the functional responsibilities and thrusts of the Board were effectively and efficiently carried out with his business management experience and expertise; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to award this Resolution of Appreciation and Plaque of Commendation to Undersecretary Solomon S. Cua. (SGD.) CORNELIO C. GISON Undersecretary of Finance Presiding Officer-FIRB (SGD.) EMMA M. ROSQUETA Deputy Commissioner Bureau of Customs (SGD.) SIXTO S.
