August 14, 2023 FIRB ADVISORY NO. 013-2023 FOR : All Investment Promotion Agencies and Other Agencies Administering Incentives; Registered Business Enterprises and Other Registered Entities; and All FIRB Clients and Stakeholders Concerned SUBJECT : Use of Official FIRB Secretariat Hologram in All FIRB Outbound Documents To ensure the intrinsic security of all FIRB outbound documents, please be informed that beginning 15 August 2023 , all official correspondences, memoranda, communication materials and collaterals, outputs, instruments, and other similar documents issued and/or signed by the head of the Fiscal Incentives Review Board secretariat or any of its authorized officers shall contain the official FIRB security seal sticker or hologram as shown below. DETACa Any unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or distribution of the official FIRB hologram shall result in applicable criminal and/or civil liabilities under existing laws.
