July 18, 2023 FIRB ADVISORY NO. 012-2023 FOR : All Investment Promotion Agencies (IPAs) and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Advisory to Refrain from Promoting the Presence of FIRB in Activities Where Its Attendance is Neither Officially Requested nor Confirmed The Fiscal Incentives Review Board (FIRB) has recently become aware of instances where the attendance of FIRB or its authorized representative/s is confirmed in activities or events despite a lack of prior notice, invitation, or official correspondence on the matter. HTcADC In this regard, we strongly remind all investment promotion agencies and stakeholders concerned to refrain from promoting the presence of FIRB in activities, seminars, or any engagement, where its attendance is neither requested nor confirmed. For all events that require the presence of the FIRB or its representative, we urge all stakeholders to send an official invitation either through hard copy to our office address at 8th Floor, EDPC Building, BSP Complex, Roxas Boulevard corner Pablo Ocampo St., Manila; or email the official FIRB Secretariat email address at [emailprotected] .
