July 14, 1992 EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 5 AMENDING SECTION 1 OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 2 DATED 01 JULY 1992 I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order the amendment of Section 1, Executive Order No. 2 dated 01 July 1992 by shortening the period provided therein for continued operation of the 0% rate of import duty on the articles enumerated therein from 30 June 1995 to 30 June 1993. acd This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon the completion of its publication in at least one (1) newspaper of general circulation.
