Tariff heading No. 85.20 of Section 104 of Republic Act No. 1937, as modified by Executive Order No. 456, is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 1. The articles specifically listed hereunder as classified under Section 104 of Republic Act No.1937 shall pay the following rates of import duty: acd Tariff Heading No. Description of Articles Rate of Duty 85.20 x x x A.
