March 21, 1975 EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 450 REMOVINGCOPPER AND CEMENT FROM THE LIST OF EXPORTPRODUCTS SUBJECT TO DUTY PROVIDED FOR UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO.1937, OTHER WISE KNOWN AS THE "TARIFFAND CUSTOMSCODE", AS AMENDED Pursuant to the powers vested in me by Section 515 of Republic Act No. 1937, as amended, and upon the recommendation of the National Economic and Development Authority, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, direct and order, as follows: asia dc SECTION 1. Copper and cement are hereby excluded from the list of export products subject to duty as provided under Section 514, title III of the tariff and Customs Code, as amended. SECTION 2. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately. DONE in the City of Manila, this 21st day of March, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-Five.
