December 26, 1974 EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 443 MODIFYING THE RATES OF EXPORTDUTY ON CERTAIN EXPORTED ARTICLES AS PROVIDED IN RA1937, AS AMENDED BY PD230, WITH RESPECT TO COPPERORE AND CONCENTRATE Modifying the rates of export duty on certain exported articles as provided in R.A.1937 as amended by P.D. 230, with respect to copper ore and concentrates. Pursuant to the powers vested in me by Section 515 of P.D. 230, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby direct and order that: SECTION 1. The article specifically listed hereunder as classified under Section 514 of Republic Act 1937 as amended by P.D. 230 shall pay the following rates of export duty: Mineral Products (1) Metallic ores and concentrates (a) Copper 2% SECTION 2. This Order shall take effect on January 1, 1975. DONE in the City of Manila, this 26th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, 1974.
