Cruz Manila S i r : This refers to your letter dated September 21, 1970 requesting exemption from the payment of amusement tax on the admission fees to a cultural, musical show that you intended to present at Luna Theater, Legaspi City on October 18, 1970. In this connection, please be informed that under Section 46 of RA 180 (Revised Election Code) the holding of benefit shows during 120 days preceding a regular or a special election for the purpose of raising funds is prohibited. cdta Very truly yours, CONRADO P.
