October 4, 1985 EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 1056 MODIFYING THE RATESOF ADDITIONAL EXPORT DUTY ON CERTAINEXPORTED ARTICLES AS PROVIDED FOR IN EXECUTIVE ORDER NO.920-A, SERIES OF 1983 WITH RESPECT TO COCONUTPRODUCTS Pursuant to the powers vested in me by Section 515 of the Tariff and Customs Code of 1978 (Presidential Decree No. 1464), as amended, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby direct and order that: SECTION 1. The articles specifically listed hereunder as classified under Section 2 of Executive Order No. 920-A shall pay the following rates of additional export duty: CAIHTE (3) Coconut Additional Export Duty From To (a) Copra 7 1/2% 7 1/2% (b) Coconut Oil 5% 1% (c) Copra Meal/Cake 4% 0% (d) Desiccated Coconut 4% 0% SECTION 2. The period indicated in Section 2 of Executive Order 920-A is hereby modified such that the above rates shall apply modified by another Order. SECTION 3. This Order shall take effect on October 7, 1985. DONE in the City of Manila, this 4th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-five.
