RESOLUTION Motion for Reconsideration filed by the petitioner, China Banking Corporation, on October 4, 2010, praying that the Decision of this Court promulgated on September 13, 2010 be reconsidered, is NOTED . In view of the foregoing, respondent, The Treasurer of the City of Manila, is hereby ordered to file a Comment/Opposition to the petitioner's Motion within ten (10) days from receipt of this Resolution.
