June 15, 2012 ENFORCEMENT AND PROSECUTION DEPARTMENT * INVESTOR ALERT The Commission has received information that an investment scheme called "Dairy Cow Investment Program" is being offered for sale to the public. The public is advised that the product being offered for sale under the above-mentioned investment program is a "security" under R.A. 8799 and is required under said law to be registered with the Commission. No registration statement on this security has been filed with and duly approved by the Commission, in accordance with Sections 8 and 12 of R.A. 8799. The public is hereby warned against entering into said investment program.
