May 16, 2005 EN BANC RESOLUTION NO. 01-04-05-CTA EN BANC SESSION (Held on April 20, 2005, 2:00 P.M. at the CTA Courtroom). For purposes of exigency and speedy delivery of justice, the Court En Banc hereby authorizes the Clerk of Court, ATTY. ELVESSA P. APOLINARIO, to attest and certify Minute Resolutions of the Court relative to the following pleadings/submissions filed by litigants in the En Banc level, to wit: 1. Initial Motion for Extension of Time to file Petition for Review, Comment, Memorandum and other papers/documents required by the Court provided the motion has been filed on time; 2. Entry and/or Withdrawal of Appearance by counsels in civil cases only; 3. Compliance/Manifestation relative to date of receipt of decision or resolution; 4. Change of address of counsels for litigants; 5. Submission of Secretary's Certificate or Board Resolution within five (5) days from notice, relative to the filing of Petition for Review and signing of the Certificate against Forum Shopping; 6. Submission of Certified Copies of Decisions and/or Resolutions requires as attachments to the Petition for Review within five (5) days from notice; and 7. All other matters as may be authorized in an En Banc Resolution. This resolution shall take effect retroactively on April 20, 2005. EScAID SO ORDERED. (SGD.) ERNESTO D.
