November 2, 2010 EN BANC RESOLUTION NO. 009-10 For exigency purposes, the Court En Banc hereby authorizes the Court of Tax Appeals' Executive Clerks of Court (Clerk of Court, Assistant Clerk of Court and the Division Clerks of Court), to issue and sign Minute Resolutions relative to pleadings/submissions filed by litigants both in the Division and En Banc levels, that are insufficient in number of copies , thereby violating the express provisions of Sec. 4, Rule 5 of the 2005 Revised Rules of the Court of Tax Appeals, as amended, to wit: "Sec. 4. Number of copies . The parties shall file eleven signed copies of every paper for cases before the Court en banc and six signed copies for cases before a Division of the Court in addition to the signed original copy, except as otherwise directed by the Court. Papers to be filed in more than one case shall include one additional copy for each additional case. (RCTA, Rule 4, Sec. 5a) ." Failure to comply with aforementioned rule shall constrain, the Court to consider the insufficiency in number of pleading filed or submission as not deemed filed. Effective immediately upon approval.
